ICMC statement at the 2008 GFMD that focuses on what ICMC perceives as the four main issues concerning migration and development: a shift back to family, a shift to a focus on forced migration, a shift towards greater fairness in migration policies, and a shift to the value of international frameworks in migration contexts.
